Health & Safety Policy
The Company is vitally interested in the health and safety of our
employee. Major on-going objectives are:

protect employees from working injury or illness;

achieve a high level of industrial health and safety performance,
with compliance with all relevant statutory and
contractual
health and safety requirements as the minimum.
The Company
makes every effort to provide a healthy and safe work environment.
All managers, supervisors and workers must be dedicated to the objective
of reducing the risk of injury and illness.
As an employer, the Company is ultimately responsible for the health
and safety of employees. Adequate and appropriate resources will
be provided to every reasonable precaution for protecting employees
from harm.
Managers and supervisors are held accountable for the health and
safety of workers under their supervision. Managers and
supervisors are responsible for ensuring that machinery and equipment
are safe, and that workers follow established safety
work practices and procedures. Workers at all levels must be competent
to carry out their duties and responsibilities and be
adequately trained in their specific work tasks to protect their
health and safety.
It is the best interest of all parties to consider health and safety
in every activity. The Company encourages constructive ideas
from all levels of the work force in continuously improving our
performance in health and safety.
